This is the second in a major series of books featuring the activities of the Royal Navy at its various bases, both at home and abrod through-out the last century.
Although this book initially set out to be a pictorial history of the Royal Navy in Simon's Town during the twentieth century, photographs of ships in coastal water and other South African ports have been included to provide a comprehensive picture of RN activities around the coast of South Africa.
