The Supermarine Seafang was a British on-board fighter from the Second World War and the post-war period. The machine was built in a low wing configuration with a classic retractable landing gear. The flight of the plane took place in 1946. The drive was provided - in the F.32 version - by a single Rolls-Royce Griffon 89 engine with 2350 hp. The on-board armament of the aircraft consisted of four 20mm Hispano-Suiza V cannons.

The Seafang fighter was developed as a carrier-adapted version of the Spiteful fighter, in response to Supermarine's response to the Ministry of Aviation's requirements for a new on-board fighter from April 1945. Compared to its predecessor, Supermarine Seafang differed in folding wings for hangar, reinforced rear part of the fuselage, a special hook enabling landing on the carrier's deck, as well as more efficient navigation and communication equipment. Two versions of the aircraft were created: the F.31 and the F.32, which were powered by the Rolls-Royce Griffon engine, but its different versions. Additionally, the F.32 version had two counter-rotating propellers. In total, only about 20 machines of this type were built (together with prototypes).
