Turbo-TasticLancia's Stratos was designed by the Italian luxury car maker to add to its burgeoning rally reputation. With a stunning wedge body design supplied by Bertone and powered by a midship 2.4-liter V6 Dino engine, upon its debut in global rallies it promptly reeled off three consecutive championships between 1974 and 1976, securing its place in motorsport history. The Stratos Turbo was a racetrack version of the car designed for Group 5 racing and fitted with a turbocharger that boosted output to 520hp, not to mention a highly modified body with overfenders, rear wing and other eye-catching upgrades.
