When we think of the DTM (Deutsche Tourenwagen-Meisterschaft) we automatically think of competitors driving Mercedes’, BMWs or Audis. But many other makes of car have been entered as well – such as the Ford Sierra. A good example being a Sierra RS500 Cosworth driven by Volker Weidler at the he beginning of his F1 careering 1989.
